Encourage one another

My friend Kaci wrote to the MOPS group in Flagstaff to encourage on another as we all our going a bit stir crazy with our kiddos. Even though I am not a MOPS member, I thought I would share the encouragement with other moms I know.Ideas to do with our kids #1We have made an obstacle course in our house where each kid takes turns run around objects, crawling under tables and then writing a letter on the chalk board. It gets the energy out and they cheer for each other. They also like to help create it and come up with ideas.#2 We also have taken easter eggs that I have around from last year or you could just use plastic bags and hide them around the house with their snack hidden in it. If the kids are old enough you can make it a progressive treasure hunt with clues (picture clues for those who do not know how to read) making the table the last clue where they will eat their snack. #3 Let your kids call each other on the phone they love that. I look forward to reading other peoples creative ideas because I know need more to draw from.

Here is an encouraging excerpt from something read in a mothering magazine: "A smile is necessary part of a mother's countenance. The Bible tells us that the more we behold the Lord, the more we will grow into His likeness. (2 Corinthians 3:18) In the same way, your children look at you all day long, and every day. What do they see? Do they see a frowning face? A grumbling face? Guess what your children will be like? Exactly like your face! Do you want happy children? Then let them see a happy smiling face. Smile at them all day long. What if you don't feel like it. Forget your feeling you can't trust them. Put on a smile even when you don't feel like it smiling. You will change, and yes, your children will change too.'Blessed is the woman who has a smile in her voice, a sparkle in her eyes, a song on her lips; a spring in her step, a warmth in her touch, a depth to her beauty, a purpose in her life, a joy in her faith, a hope in her breast and a love in her heart."-Nancy Campbell. I hope you all have a great day with your wonderful children God has blessed you with. -Sara K

I would like to thank Ultimate Life Clinic for reversing my father's Amyotrophic Lateral Sclerosis (ALS). My father’s ALS condition was fast deteriorating before he started on the ALS Herbal medicine treatment from Ultimate Life Clinic. He was on the treatment for just 6 months and we never thought my father will recover so soon. He has gained some weight in the past months and he is able to walk with no support. You can reach them through there website www.ultimatelifeclinic.com
